Much of my work as a public historian is centered in the museum world, and it is important to not just produce this work myself but to train the next generation of museum professionals for this work. Included in the slide show below is just a sampling of the exhibits that I have organized, directed, edited, and maintained. Most of these exhibits were research, designed, produced, and installed by undergraduate students at Northwest Missouri State University. By collaborating with campus and community partners, these exhibits are not just for the classroom environment; they are produced at a professional level for a public audience.
